For me, being an Internet Marketing Consultant at ReachLocal is like heaven! ReachLocal is an innovative company with strong morals, ethics and values. The culture at ReachLocal far surpasses any other corporation or small to medium sized business I have worked for in the past. The “C's” at ReachLocal are amazing, wonderful, sincere, dynamic, talented individuals. They truly value every employee and our clients. They have everyone's best interest in mind and at heart. They recognize and accept that change never ceases and that’s what makes ReachLocal such an innovative and fabulous corporation to work with. I feel we truly are a team with open communication, and these same ethics, values and sensational qualities are implemented downward throughout management, training, support and even amongst colleagues.

I have thirteen years advertising sales experience “selling” everything from the Internet to print. I never gave a second thought about becoming part of the ReachLocal team. This was almost 2 and half years ago when there was only one Southern California sales office at our corporate headquarters in Woodland Hills and even as ReachLocal has grown they have held steadfast to their core business philosophies. For me that is impressive.

What attracted me to ReachLocal was that for once I could confidently provide trackable, verifiable, proven results to my clients. Many of my clients in the current state of the economy say “If it wasn’t for ReachLocal I might be out of business – thank you.” Now that is rewarding! Sure, the well over six figure income, recognition, autonomy, and truly feeling like you own your own business within a business is great, yet what is most fulfilling to me is the self actualization that I am not just “selling” something yet I am a consultant with faith and assurance that I providing the best solutions for my clients.

No matter what your ultimate goals are in life as an IMC at ReachLocal that vision can become a reality. ReachLocal has made many of my dreams come true: sending my daughter to private school, saving for her college education, taking wonderful vacations traveling throughout Europe, having a nice car, being able to contribute financially to the disadvantaged, so on and so on. I will tell you it takes dedication, discipline, determination and desire and this is not a 9-5 job! Yet fortune favors the strong. I have built my solid book of business over two years with client loyalty, trust and confidence all due to the phenomenal ReachLocal suite of programs. Additionally, I have recently been approved for an account manager which I am elated about as I know at ReachLocal there are no limits!

To sum it up, “If you love what you do, you will never work a day in your life.” For me, that is the truism of working with ReachLocal. ReachLocal is home and I feel truly blessed to be part of the ReachLocal team.
